The hotel offers spacious rooms beautifully decorated with excellent balconies overlooking the slopes. The service was top-notch with attentive staff. The central location allows for easy access to the slopes and après-ski options. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options.
Upon arrival, our room had a strong smoke smell which gradually improved throughout the week; possibly due to previous guests. Despite this, the room was spacious and nicely decorated. The service made us feel like part of the family with exceptional standards. The hotel's location was fantastic, offering great views from our huge balcony and convenient proximity to the ski lift. The dining experience was good, although with room for improvement in variety, and the facilities were satisfactory.
When we arrived, our room really smelt of smoke, but thankfully, it improved as the week went on. The room was very well equipped and had excellent views over the mountain and pistes. The hotel offers a fantastic location with great views from the huge balcony, perfect for those riding the lifts. The service was top-notch with friendly staff always willing to help. Dining provided good value for money, although it could use a bit more variety. Overall, a charming and busy village with a lively atmosphere.
